曹孟籍，男，1985年生，博士，副研究員，碩士生導師，國際柑橘病毒學家組織（IOCV）秘書長。2012年博士畢業於西南大學，2010年至2015年在加州大學河濱分校、美國農業部開展博士聯合培養和博士後研究。現從事柑橘危險性病毒類病害快速鑑定、柑橘病毒致病分子機理和植物抗病毒分子機制等相關研究工作。近五年，主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計畫政府間國際科技創新合作重點專項子課題、農業部植保專項等多個研究項目。目前以第一作者或通訊作者在PNAS等刊物發表SCI論文20餘篇，多次受邀擔任Planta等國際刊物審稿人

2013年1月至今，西南大學/中國農科院柑桔研究所國家柑桔苗木脫毒中心工作。
目前，主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發中歐政府間合作項目子課題（柑桔苗木無病毒化研究）、農業部農作物病蟲鼠害疫情監測與防治項目、重慶市基礎科學與前沿技術研究重點項目、中央高校基本科研業務費團隊、重點項目和西南大學科技新星一等資助等項目。以第一作者或通訊作者身份發表SCI論文近30篇，主要包括PNAS，Frontiers in Microbiology，Plant Disease，Virus Research，Archives of Virology等雜誌。多次受邀擔任國際刊物Planta, Virology Journal, Scientific reports的審稿人。
目前指導本科生2名，碩士生5名，博士生2名，已畢業博士1人，碩士2人，本科生1人。指導學生已榮獲國家獎學金、西南大學優秀學生標兵、優秀畢業生、優秀實習生等榮譽稱號。
