易林(廈門大學教授)

文化社會學，教育社會學。目前研究的中心問題是文化與現代性之關係，尤其注重探討文化、不平等與界限三個維度相互作用的交錯關係。具體研究興趣包括（文化）公民資格、教育、人口遷移、民族及社會理論。擅長打通個人、制度與文本層面來研究意義製造過程的文化社會學方法。

人物經歷

文學學士，文學碩士（中文），四川大學。

哲學博士（社會學），布里斯托大學（Bristol University）。

1989-2001年在廣東外語外貿大學及羅馬大學（“La Sapienza”）講授中文。

2006年底起在廈門大學社會學系任教。

主講課程

（雙語）；教育社會學（Education and Society）；Culture, the Body and Politics (Culture, Institutions and the Body)。

研究生：當代社會學理論（雙語，碩士生、博士生課程）；社會學研究方法專題（博士生課程，合開）。
