人物經歷

2012年6月南京大學電子科學與工程學院博士畢業,隨後在現代工程與套用科學學院先後任助理研究員(期間在瑞典皇家工學院訪問研究)、副研究員和副教授。

研究方向

光通訊用DFB半導體雷射器以及陣列、矽基光子集成晶片以及微波光子學等
研究興趣:
隨著網際網路、智慧型網路等快速發展,近年通訊容量曾爆炸式增長。而承載這個網路的基礎是光通訊系統。這對用於光網路的信息光電子器件提出了越來越高的要求。目前的分立器件已愈加難於支撐現有的網路,光子集成晶片將是未來的必然技術趨勢。本人集中在光子集成晶片的某些關鍵部分(比如半導體雷射器、無源波導集成晶片等)展開了一序列深入研究。
目前已經在DFB半導體雷射器以及陣列等方面取得了突破性成果。實驗得到了波長數和波長精度都具有世界紀錄的結果。另外,在二維光柵片上光調控、模分復用光子晶片等方面也提出了一序列新想法。同時也致力於技術的實用化,希望研究的光子晶片得到實際的套用。
