施文芳，1945年10月出生於江蘇啟東。1970.07畢業於中國科學技術大學近代化學系，曾先後任中國科學技術大學外事辦公室（港澳台事務辦公室）主任，套用化學系和高分子系主任。現兼任中國感光學會輻射固化專委會（RadTech China）主任和安徽省塑膠協會副會長；曾多次任國際學術會議副主席和國際顧問委員會委員等職。

人物簡介
1970年07月——1973年08月，河北邯鄲五七鋼鐵廠從事化學分析工作；
1973年08月——至今，中國科學技術大學任教。
1985年07月——1987年08和1992年07月——1994年12月瑞典皇家理工學院高分子系訪問學者，同時攻讀研究生課程，於1994年10月獲高分子化學博士學位。
1996年始任中國科學技術大學教授、博士生導師。共發表第一作者或通訊作者SCI檢索論文110篇，撰寫專著章節3章；獲中科院技術成果鑑定3項；獲準國際發明專利1項和中國發明專利6項；獲安徽省自然科學二等獎1項。
