個人經歷

2005年6月畢業於中國農業大學生物學院獲得理學博士學位。先後在瑞典KarolinskaInstitute,美國Vanderbilt University和University of Iowa從事博士後研究工作。

研究方向

主要科研方向為重要的轉錄因子GABP家族和Wnt信號通路相關受體以及下游轉錄因子TCF/LEF在HSC以及成熟血細胞發育與分化過程中的功能和分子機制。
利用多種基因修飾小鼠模型分析重要的功能基因和信號通路對HSC自我更新和分化發育的分子機制
轉錄因子、MicroRNA和RNA結合蛋白在T細胞、B細胞、NK細胞、單核、巨噬細胞等免疫細胞亞群分化發育過程中的功能和調控機理
GABP和TCF/LEF互作蛋白及複合物在HSC及免疫細胞發育分化中的功能
1、圍繞著HSC和血液系統中具有重要功能的成熟細胞亞群的分化發育:
利用多種基因修飾小鼠模型分析重要的功能基因和信號通路對HSC自我更新和分化發育的分子機制;
轉錄因子及RNA結合蛋白在T細胞、B細胞、NK細胞等淋巴細胞中的功能和調控機理;
GABP和TCF/LEF轉錄因子的互作蛋白和複合物在HSC及成熟血細胞發育分化中的調控機制;
2、利用人源化小鼠模型研究幹細胞移植後免疫原性及免疫應答機制。

學術成果

發表SCI論文28篇,第一作者(含並列第一)、通訊作者文章15篇,包括Nature Immunology (2014)、Cell Stem Cell (2012)、Immunity (2010, 2012)、Blood (2011, 2013)、JI (2010)、JBC (2010, 2016)和JV (2006)等雜誌。其中2篇文章被F1000推薦,3篇文章被權威雜誌作為前沿和亮點推薦並同期發表評述文章。
