個人經歷

蘭州大學草地農業科技學院教授,博士生導師,蘭州大學萃英引進人才。
澳大利亞西澳大學哲學博士(2012, 植物病理學)和研究員(2013-2016)。西北農林科技大學理學碩士(2008, 微生物學)和工學學士(2005, 生物工程)(本碩連讀2002-2008,國家生命科學與技術人才培養基地;大三時以該基地綜合測評第1的成績,提前一年保送進入碩士學習)。
學術兼職
擔任BMC Microbiology, Plant Disease, IJMS, Journal of Applied Microbiology, EJPP, PLoS One, Crop Protection等SCI期刊審稿人。擔任中國草學會, International Society for Plant Pathology, International Society for Horticultural Science, American Phytopathological Society, UK Society for Applied Microbiology等學會會員。

研究方向

牧草病理學/草地微生物學:到蘭州大學工作後,以我國西北地區栽培草地土傳病害(苜蓿根腐病)為研究對象,對其病原菌(鐮刀菌)遺傳進化、致病機理及苜蓿抗病機理進行研究。
植物病理學/套用微生物學:在澳大利亞攻讀博士和工作期間,以園藝作物草莓根腐病為研究對象,在病害成因、病菌侵染途徑及致病機理、寄主抗性機理等方面取得了一定的研究成果(在國際上,首次對尖孢鐮刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)和草莓這一致病體系進行了研究)。在國內攻讀碩士期間和後期合作,以我國天然土壤中蘊藏的具有生防作用的新型微生物資源—致病桿菌(Xenorhabdusspp.)為研究對象,對其生防作用、抑菌活性成分、及發酵工藝進行了研究。

3. 蘭州大學“中央高校基本科研業務費專項資金”自由探索項目:紫花苜蓿應答尖孢鐮刀菌侵染的早期防禦反應機理,主持, 2017.01-2018.12。
4. 蘭州大學“萃英人才建設計畫”項目:紫花苜蓿根腐病菌鐮刀菌的遺傳多樣性及進化關係研究”,主持,2017.01-2019.12。
已完成項目:完成澳大利亞和中國國家及省部級項目8項,如澳大利亞肉類和牲畜研究計畫基金項目(牧草草土傳根部病害的治理)、澳大利亞農業產業研究與發展中心項目(稻瘟菌生理小種的鑑定)、澳大利亞國家研究理事會基金項目(草莓土傳致病菌的特性及治理)、中國國家自然科學基金面上項目(嗜線蟲致病桿菌CPxR基因失火提高殺菌活性的機理研究)等。
