方華軍,1978年9月出生,博士,研究員。2000年在安徽師範大學國土資源與旅遊學院獲地理學學士學位。2005年在中國科學院東北地理與農業生態研究所獲環境科學博士學位(碩博連讀)。2005-2007年在中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所生物學博士後流動站學習並留所工作,2010-2011年在美國俄克拉荷馬大學植物與微生物學系做訪問學者。2013-2014年在美國密西根大學資源與環境學院做訪問學者。先後榮獲中科院王寬誠資環專項人才、地理所“秉維”優秀青年人才、中科院劉永齡冠名獎學金等6項獎勵。

研究方向
研究領域為土壤生物化學,主要研究方向:土壤碳-氮-磷耦合循環及其環境效應。以中國東部南北樣帶(NSTEC)和中國草地樣帶(CGT)上代表性的森林和草地生態系統為研究對象,構建多形態的氮沉降和氮磷添加控制試驗,運用生物地球化學、同位素地球化學和分子生物學等手段。
重點研究
(1)土壤碳氮磷的賦存形態、轉化與功能微生物群落組成之間的關在線上制;
(2)植物-土壤-微生物互動作用對土壤碳氮磷動態的調控機制;
(3)土壤-大氣界面碳氮氣體通量(CO2、CH4、N2O和NO)的產生、消耗及其對氮磷添加的非線性回響機制;
(4)大氣氮磷沉降對土壤有機質組成和化學穩定性的影響機制。
研究成果
過去10年(2005-2015),以土壤碳氮互動作用為研究方向,依託樣帶控制試驗和室內培養實驗兩個平台,從分子、界面和生態系統三個尺度,系統研究了氮沉降增加對土壤微生物功能群、碳氮氣體通量和SOM穩定性的影響。率先開展多形態、低劑量的氮沉降控制試驗研究,闡明了氮素富集與土壤酸化的相互作用,提出土壤碳氮通量對增氮的非線性回響模式,揭示了增氮影響土壤碳截存的生物化學機制。迄今,在國內外期刊發表學術論文102篇,SCI收錄42篇,CSCD收錄60篇;其中以第一/通訊作者發表論文50篇,SCI收錄22篇,參寫專著6部。主持課題16項,包括3項國家自然科學基金、1項“秉維”優秀青年人才基金和7項科技部973、基金委重大/重點基金專題。
