研究領域
超快光譜, 半導體光學, 微納光子學和光電子學。
研究概況
長期從事超快雷射光譜和光電子研究,發展創新超快光譜技術,研究新型半導體材料與器件中的光電過程,以及低維納米結構中的量故兵連子光電子學,發展新型光電器件。
圍繞上述內容,在SCI期刊發表論文60餘篇(截至2021年),以第一或通訊作者身份發表在Science Advances 1 篇, Nature Communications 1 篇,Physical Review Letter 1 篇, Laser & Photonic Reviews 2 篇, Light Science & Applications 1 篇, Advanced Function Materials 5 篇等。所發表的論文中,5 篇被選為期刊內/後封面或卷首介紹,6 篇入選 ESI 高被引論文,一永立再槳篇論文被選趨漏埋為 ESI“熱點論文”, H 因子為 31。
