摘要 | 近年來, 國外許多學者對鹿花菌屬Gyromitra Fr. 的一系列研究導 致該屬傳統的概念、範圍發生了很大的變動. 本文在接受了Harmaja將Discina和Neogyromitra合併在 Gyromitra名下的觀點的基礎上,報導了近年來作者在我國 鹿花菌屬研究中所確認的8個種. 其中乳白鹿花菌 Gyromitra lactea和新疆鹿花菌G. xinjiangensis為新種 , 含糊鹿花菌G. ambigua、帚狀鹿花菌G. fastigiata 和 亮鹿花菌G. splendida為我國首次報導. 我國文獻中所記 載的鹿花菌G. esculenta在我國是否存在, 尚需進一步調 查. |
Abstract | In the investigation of entomogenous fungi, a new pathogen of spittlebug, Aphrophora sp. was found. It is identified as a new species, Erynia gigantea Li, Chen et Xu (Zygomycetes: Entomophthoraceae)by its disinct large conidia. Primary conidia long obovoid or fusoid, symmetrical or slightly curved, 42.6-76.7× 12.3-26.0μm (ave. 57.6×18.6μm), with L/D 2.2-4.9 (ave.3.1), apices slightly rounded or tapering,basal papillae more or less blunt with collar in some cases. Secondary conidia obovoid to broadly ovoid, no capilliconidia observed. Rhizoids in bundle. Pseudocystidia and resting spores not observed. |
