擴散光學層析成像又稱漫射光學層析成像(Diffuse Optical tomography or Optical Diffusion Tomography, DOT/ODT)是一種面向厚組織體的利用近紅外光(600-900nm)照射獲得的三維功能成像方法,其目標是通過發展高靈敏的近紅外光子檢測儀器和基於生物組織光子輸運模型的圖像重建技術,從多點激勵下表面擴散光的時間、空間和光譜分布測量信息中反演組織體內部光學特性參數的三維分布,並使之與該組織的生理狀態(血紅蛋白濃度及氧飽和度等)相關聯。
