研究方向

主要從事環境微生物分子遺傳學的研究。主要針對環境微生物降解新興污染物非那西丁降解分子機制、環境微生物降解真菌毒素分子機制、環境微生物菌膠團形成菌氮代謝調控機制、微生物希瓦氏菌產原卟啉IX和血紅素的調控機制的相關研究。目前已經主持國家級及省部級項目多項。主持國家自然科學基金青年基金項目1項(32102769),主持國家重點研發計畫重點專項子課題1項(2019YFA0905503),主持湖北省科技廳自然科學基金面上項目1項,教育廳科學技術研究計畫青年人才項目1項,參與國家自然科學基金項目面上項目1項(21477159),在國際知名期刊Applied and Environmental Microbiology、Int J Biol Macromol、Water Research、Environmental Microbiology、Bioresource Technology、Frontiers in Microbiology、BMC Microbiology等期刊發表SCI已收錄論文30餘篇,已授權發明專利4項,已受理髮明專利5項。
