戴劍飈,人稱"飈哥",男,1967年出生於四川宜賓南溪區,現居住上海,上海市信息化青年人才協會名譽會長,上海市信息化企業家協會會長,上海龍軟集團董事長、總裁,博士,教授,有多年美國工作經歷和國內IT企業管理經驗。16歲從四川考到上海交通大學,20歲,成為上海交大最年輕的教師,1997年遠洋美國留學。2000年回國後開始創業,先後成為上海龍軟、上海摩拜信息、創園等公司董事長,2012年,發起中國第一個劇院式演講--聽道講壇。是第一屆上海 IT 青年十大新銳之一,浦東新區十大傑出青年。
