戴亦欣

戴亦欣博士現為清華大學公共管理學院副教授，公共政策所副所長，清華大學科技政策研究中心副主任。

她於2007年獲得美國錫拉丘茲大學公共管理博士學位, 2006年至2007年在南伊利諾州大學愛德華茲威爾分校任講師。同年底回到清華大學任教至今。主要研究方向為創新治理與公共政策研究，在低碳技術創新、開放式創新和政策執行領域從事深入研究。曾獲北京市科委“優秀人才培養計畫”支持。

她主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、清華大學自主科研項目等10項基礎性研究課題，並參與“973”、科技部專項基金等研究。成果發表在《中國人口·資源環境》、《中國軟科學》、《科學學研究》、《城市發展研究》、《哈佛商業評論（中文）》、Climate Policy、Journal of Public Policy Analysis and Management等雜誌，是《公共管理評論》、 “Journal of Technology Transfer”, “Public Budget & Finance” , “Science and Public Policy” 多家學術期刊的匿名評審專家。

教育背景

1997年畢業於清華大學自動化系，獲工學學士學位。隨後進入二十一世紀發展研究院攻讀碩士研究生，專業方向是新能源和環境政策。2000年赴錫拉丘茲大學麥克斯韋爾學院攻讀公共管理博士學位，博士論文題目：Publish or patent: university researcher’s choice between traditional and commercial research outcome. 2006-2007年在南伊利諾州大學愛德華茲威爾分校(Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville) 任教一年。2007年秋進入清華大學公共管理學院任教至今。
