Ich bin ein Berliner，我是柏林人。美國總統約翰·甘迺迪1963年6月26日在西柏林的市政廳-舍恩貝schoeneberg前廣場的演講內容里的著名的一段引語，這段是冷戰時期著名演講之一。這段演講當時被無線廣播和德國電視一台ARD現場直播。總統在演講里明確表示，美國是絕對不會把西柏林交給蘇聯共產主義的！
