成里京，1988年出生，2014年畢業於中國科學院大氣物理研究所，現任中國科學院大氣物理所研究員。
成里京主要從事海洋觀測數據處理和重建、海洋熱含量變化、地球系統能量和水循環研究。
2022年8月17日，美國氣象學會（American Meteorological Society, AMS）公布了2023年度各項榮譽和獎項名單，中國科學院大氣物理研究所成里京研究員因“在海洋觀測數據和海洋熱含量方面的高質量、高影響力研究，及對同行的服務”，獲得2023年度“The Nicholas P. Fofonoff Award”，這是中國學者首次獲得物理海洋領域的這一獎項。
