2018年獲上海大學機電工程與自動化學院博士學位。於2019年至今,任西安電子科技大學通信工程學院講師,並評為碩士生導師。

學術成果
惠一龍博士在車聯網相關領域發表期刊及國際會議學術論文20餘篇(包括IEEE JSAC,IEEE TVT,IEEE TITS IEEE TETC等TOP期刊),於2016-2019年,共4篇文章入選了ESI高被引論文。獲得IEEE CyberSciTech2017、WiCon2016國際會議最佳論文獎。並擔任IEEE WCSP (2017-至今)、IEEE CyberSciTech(2017-至今)、IEEE ACCESS (2017-至今)、International Journal of Communication Systems (2018-至今)以及 IEEE TVT (2018-至今)等通信領域學術期刊的審稿人。
