中文摘要 大學生就業難已成社會矚目的一個問題。而造成大學生就業難的因素較為複雜,既有大學生自身素質方面的原因,也有高校人才培養模式方面的影響,但作為政府,其巨觀調控政策是否健全有力,也是影響大學生就業的重要因素之一。不合理的產業結構制約著大學生的就業層次和機會,不健康的就業環境影響到大學生就業的公平、公正,滯後的高等教育培養直接關乎到大學生的就業適應和檔量。
英文摘要 [The employment difficulty for undergraduates has become a social concern. It is related to the student quality and our talent training mode. However, on the part of the government, the policy of macro regulation and control is also important. The unreasonable industrial structure restricts students' employment levels and opportunities. The unhealthy employment environment contributes to the injustice in employment. The education lag is directly related to the undergraduate employment.]
