中文摘要 大學生就業難的問題有諸多方面的原因，由於我國勞動力市場存在著嚴重的二元分割，勞動力流動成本高，大學生為留在層次高的地方和部門就業，不僅客觀上造成教育過度，而且進一步加劇了大學生就業難的問題。只有打破勞動力市場的二元分割、進行適度擴招、發展多層次的教育體系，實現教育供給和勞動力市場需求相匹配，才是解決大學生就業難的有效途徑。
英文摘要 [The employment of college students is difficult due to serious binary segmentation of labor market and excessive education, which leads to high cost of labor mobility and intensifies the difficulty in employment. The effective ways which can solve the problem are as follows： the breakup of binary segmentation, the moderate expansion of university enrollment, the development of multi-level education system and the realization of balance between education supply and demand of labor market.]
