徐騰，男，漢族，1985年12月生，江西省撫州市崇仁縣人。2014年畢業於西班牙瓦倫西亞理工大學，獲水文環境工程博士學位，並於2016年獲中國地質大學（北京）地下水科學與工程博士學位。2015年5月至2017年12月就職於西班牙瓦倫西亞理工大學水文環境學院，從事博士後研究。2018年3月至2019年12月就職於德國斯圖加特大學隨機模擬及安全研究學院，從事博士後研究。2019年9月歸國加入河海大學水利水電學院任教授、博士生導師。

近年來，主要參與了2項西班牙經濟與競爭力部資助的研究項目和1項德國DFG資助的研究項目，並以第一作者或通訊作者發表了9篇SCI論文，且8篇發表在水資源三大頂級期刊上（3篇Water Resources Research、 3篇Advances in Water Resources、2篇Journal of Hydrology）。擔任第十屆國際地質統計會議（Geostats2016）組織委員會委員。擔任《Advances in Geoscience》 編委 和 《Frontiers in Earth Science》 客座編輯（guest editor）。長期擔任水資源與環境領域多個國際著名期刊的審稿人。
