1991年9月至1994年12月在華東理工大學學習,獲得精細化工博士,
1995年1月至1997年11月,擔任華東理工大學講師,
1997年11月至1999年2月,任華東理工大學副教授,華東理工大學專利事務所所長,
1999年3月至1999年9月在東北師範大學日語學習,
1999年10月至2001年9月在日本東京醫科齒科大學攻讀博士後,
2001年10月華東理工大學副教授,
2004年9月華東理工大學教授,
曾任華東理工大學藥學院常務副院長。
2015年起任上海第二工業大學副校長。
研究領域
主要從事化學生物技術方面的研究,主要包括螢光感測技術及細胞激活與調控技術。主持完成了國家自然基金、國家重大新藥創製項目、國家科技支撐計畫、上海市光科技重點項目、上海市科委基礎研究重點項目,共同主持完成了國家973子課題。目前承擔著上海市優秀學科帶頭人計畫、共同承擔著863專項。迄今為止,申請中國發明專利41項,授權13項,國際PCT 4項,獲美國、歐盟授權。已在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int.、Chem. Comm.、J. Med. Chem.、Org. Lett.等國際SCI期刊發表論文100餘篇,SCI 他引1100餘次,單篇最高他引100餘次(J. Am. Chem. Soc.,2008)。《Journal of Pharmaceutics》國際編委、《Chinese Chemical Letters》、《現代藥物與臨床》編委。
A:螢光感測技術
A-1純水體系高選擇性高靈敏重金屬離子螢光探針及其活體細胞套用:針對環境和生物組織中的重要重金屬及過渡金屬離子,設計、創製純水體系、高選擇性、高靈敏金屬離子螢光探針,並實現活體細胞套用。
A-2生物體內重要靶酶診療螢光探針:針對疾病生物標誌物,設計創製一系列特異性回響螢光探針,對疾病進行早期診斷與治療。
B:細胞激活與調控技術
B-1新型植物激活劑:設計創製各類植物抗病激活劑及能明顯增加植物次生代謝物的高效細胞激活劑。
B-2新作用機制抗腫瘤藥物先導:基於不同母體結構,設計創製新作用機制抗腫瘤藥物先導。
B-3乏氧特異性前藥:利用乏氧特異性回響基團,設計創製乏氧選擇性抗腫瘤試劑。
