個人簡介

徐曉峰,1961年10月出生,2004年7月畢業於中科院上海技術物理研究所,獲物理電子學博士學位,2004年9月來到東華大學;
從事光學設計、光學薄膜和光電功能薄膜器件的理論、工藝和光電特性研究;
在Scientific Reports、APL、PCCP、CrystEngComm、Applied Surface Science 和Chemical Physics Letters等SCI和EI雜誌上發表學術論文40餘篇;
獲授權的國家發明專利六項。

研究方向

光電功能薄膜器件的設計、製備與光電特性研究。

近幾年主持與參與科研項目情況
氧化釩薄膜紅外探測研究,上海市重大基礎項目子項目,2010.5-2012.5,主持完成。
並軸II-VI/IV納米線異質結構的電子學性質研究,國家自然基金面上項目,2012.1-2015.11,排名第二,正在進行中。
980nm雷射驅動納米發電機的設計、構築及其生物套用,國家自然基金面上項目,2013.1-2016.11,排名第二,正在進行中。
近5年主持了11項與功能薄膜和光學薄膜相關的橫向課題。
