徐暉，男，1973年4月生，浙江餘姚人，博士，西北農林科技大學三級教授，博士生導師，擔任重要藥化刊物Mini-Reviews in Medicinal Chemistry的編委。

人物經歷
寧波大學學士、西北農林科技大學碩士、浙江大學博士、巴黎十一大藥物化學博士後。曾在江蘇揚子江藥業集團擔任課題組長從事藥物研發。2005年7月聘為西北農林科大副教授、碩士生導師。2008年晉升教授及聘為博士生導師， 2011年至今聘為三級教授。2011年5月-10月在巴黎十一大藥學院做訪問學者。2012年聘為寧波大學客座教授。
榮譽獎勵
2006年入選教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計畫，2007年獲第三屆楊凌十大傑出青年稱號，2008年獲陝西省青年突擊手稱號, 2009年獲陝西省優秀留學回國人員稱號，同年及獲第十二屆中國藥學會-施維雅青年藥物化學獎。2010年獲第九屆“陝西青年五四獎章”提名獎,同年及獲霍英東青年教師基金獎項。2011年獲陝西省高校優秀共產黨員稱號。2009年被ELSEVIER授予Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett. “Most Cited Paper 2006-2009 Award”。

2005年7月參加工作以來，先後共主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、教育部重點等10餘項國家及省部級科研項目；以第一(通訊)作者先後在Chem. Eur. J., J. Agric. Food Chem., Curr. Med. Chem., Eur. J. Med. Chem., Curr. Pharm. Des., Tetrahedron, Bioorg. Med. Chem. Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett., Scientific Reports, J. Ind. Eng. Chem., Mini-Rev. Med. Chem.,等刊物上全文發表SCI論文80餘篇。擔任SCI 國際期刊Mini-Reviews in Organic Chemistry 的客座編輯 (Outline: Natural Products as Leads for New Drugs and Pesticides Discovery)於2012年5月出版。
研究方向
1）、基於植物源農用活性化合物為先導的結構最佳化，構效關係及作用機理研究；
2）、具農用生物活性雜環化合物的合成及構效研究。
開設課程
先後承擔本科生《有機化學實驗》、《有機合成》、《綜合化學實驗》、《天然產物化學研究進展》和《有機立體化學》雙語課程；為博、碩士研究生講授《有機合成和設計》、《農藥科學新進展》和《農藥分子設計》。
目前已培養碩士研究生33名，已培養博士研究生11名；在讀碩士研究生10名，博士研究生5名。
