徐宏喜

徐宏喜教授,現為上海中醫藥大學首席教授、博士生導師、上海中醫藥大學中藥學院院長。1994年獲得日本富山醫科藥科大學國立和漢藥研究所藥學博士學位。並於新加坡國立大學化學系及加拿大Dalhousie大學微生物學系進行博士後研究工作。曾先後受聘於香港中文大學中藥研究中心科學主任、香港和記黃埔(中國)有限公司副總經理兼高級醫藥顧問,上海和黃藥業有限公司董事兼研究開發總監。2001至2010年,擔任香港賽馬會中藥研究院副總裁兼中藥研究室主任。徐教授至今已發表SCI論文270多篇,被SCI源期刊引用7100餘次,H指數為47。入選2014、2015及2016年中國高被引用學者榜。獲授權美國發眀專利6項,PCT專利1項,中國發明專利11項。培養博士後25人,博士研究生9人,主編專著3部。

徐教授的主要社會兼職包括:中華中醫藥學會中藥實驗藥理學分會主任委員、世界中醫藥協會聯合會中藥分析專業委員會副會長、世中聯中藥鑑定專業委員會副會長、全國中醫藥高等教育學會中藥教育研究會第三屆理事會副理事長、國家藥典會天然藥物專業委員會委員、國際現代化中醫藥學術會議聯席主席、上海市僑界知識分子聯誼會第八屆理事會常務理事、上海市藥學會中藥專業委員會主任委員、香港中藥藥理學會副會長、國際國內十餘種學術刊物的編委、現代化中醫藥國際協會創會董事等職。先後50餘次應邀前往美國、日本、新加坡、韓國、巴西、加拿大、奧地利、印度等國家以及台灣、香港、澳門等地做特邀學術報告或學術大會報告。

研究方向和領域

主要研究領域包括中藥活性成分及藥效評價研究,中藥新藥開發以及中藥質量控制分析方法研究等。重點進行病毒、腫瘤、耐藥菌及糖尿病等重大疾病的中藥防治與藥效評價研究,闡明中藥藥效物質基礎及作用機制,研發具有自主智慧財產權的創新藥物。

抗病毒及抗耐藥菌中藥藥理機制研究

從事中藥及其活性成分抗病毒及抗耐藥菌藥理作用機制研究。已建立抗病毒(HSV和EV71)篩選平台及基於MgrA靶標蛋白螢光探針的高通量篩選體系,致力於闡明中藥抗病毒和抗金黃色葡萄球菌耐藥菌活性物質基礎,揭示其藥效作用機制,發現活性強、毒性小、選擇性高的先導化合物。

抗腫瘤中藥藥理作用機制研究

從事中藥及其活性成分抗腫瘤藥理作用機制研究。已建立分子、細胞及動物水平的抗腫瘤藥物篩選及藥效評價模型,重點開展肝癌、前列腺癌及胰腺癌的體內外藥效篩選和藥效評價,致力於從中草藥和天然產物中尋找抗腫瘤先導化合物,闡明其誘導腫瘤細胞凋亡、調節自噬、抑制轉移及防止復發等藥效作用機制。近年來重點開展中國產藤黃屬植物中具有抗腫瘤活性的PPAPs類和xanthones類成分的鑑定及其作用機制研究。
