研究方向
主要研究方向為國際法、海洋法、國際環境法、深海法。
主要成就
長期專注國際海底區域制度研究，尤其是深海採礦中的環境法律問題研究。作為上海交通大學極地與深海發展戰略研究中心（國際海底管理局觀察員）代表，多次參加國際海底管理局大會及理事會。
近年來，出版了關於擔保國責任和擔保國立法的英文專著一本（Brill），在Coastal Management、Frontiers in Marine Science等期刊發表論文多篇。
