2. 極端環境中的酶往往具有新型的催化特徵。我們從海底沉積物中分離獲得了一個全新的澱粉酶AmyP,並據此建立了一個新的糖苷水解酶亞家族GH13_37。我們正在對這個新的亞家族成員展開深入研究。同時,我們還開展了從其它極端微生物中篩選克隆多個酶的研究。
