彭國超，男，博士，中山大學資訊管理學院教授、博士生導師，英國謝菲爾德大學信息學院名譽研究員，Journal of Global Information Systems期刊（SSCI）副主編、Sage Open期刊編委。原英國謝菲爾德大學信息學院終身制助理教授、信息系統科研組組長。在企業信息化、信息系統、智慧型製造、智慧醫療、智慧城市等領域擁有超過12年國際科研經驗。近5年先後主持或參與14份英國及中國科研項目，經費總額達510萬人民幣。近8年在國際權威科研刊物發表英文論文及著作70篇，兼任多個歐美智慧城市及信息系統國際研討會及專題會議的創辦人及主席，並在國際大會發言、演講及作特邀報告30餘次。曾與英國IBM、英國GSMA、英國Weston Park醫院、英國謝菲爾德市政府、美國AT&T、馬來西亞Fusionex、安徽華諾天成高純材料科技有限公司、武漢農業集團、京東橡膠等多所世界500強企業、跨國集團、國內大型企業、國內外公共服務機構與政府部門進行項目合作並提供戰略性諮詢服務。其在智慧城市領域的項目成果多次被Financial Express、Science Daily、Electronic Weekly等國際知名媒體報導並引起國內外相關政府部門的關注。
