彭卿，1971年12月生於江蘇省建湖縣。清華大學化學系教授。主要從事無機納米材料的可控合成、組裝、結構與性能等相關領域的科研與教學工作。

1992年畢業於北京大學化學系，獲學士學位；1996年於北京大學化學與分子工程學院獲碩士學位；1996年至2000年於北京航空材料研究院任工程師；2003年於清華大學化學系獲博士學位。畢業後留校任教，並於2006年12月晉升為副教授，2013年11月晉升為教授。主要從事無機半導體納米材料的製備和性能研究等相關領域的科研與教學工作，在溶液相無機納米結構的調控合成方面取得了一些初步進展。
2013年獲傑出青年科學基金資助
2008年獲國家自然科學獎二等獎(第3完成人)
2006年獲北京市科學技術獎一等獎(第3完成人)
2008年獲教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫”資助
2008年獲清華大學學術新人獎。
