張鐵林研究員,隸屬於中科院自動化所“複雜系統認知與決策實驗室”的“智慧型機制機理研究部”,攻關類腦脈衝神經網路模型及面向類腦晶片、腦機接口的相關套用。已在多尺度可塑性、工作記憶、認知抉擇、多感覺融合、侵入式腦機接口算法、決策博弈等多項交叉學科方向開展類腦智慧型研究。未來將通過數學、計算、控制、物理、認知、心理等多學科的深入交叉,在複雜認知機理與類腦智慧型學習的基礎理論、外延套用等方面實現突破。
