人物經歷
2002年、2007年分別獲得學士、博士學位,
2007年8月至2011年1月在瑞士日內瓦大學從事博士後研究,
2011年1月起引進回國工作,
2016年7月起任中國科學技術大學教授。
科研成果
提出並實現新型高速單光子探測門控方法,解決了單光子探測器工作頻率的瓶頸問題;首次在國際上實現了實用化的異步模式近紅外單光子探測器;在高速單光子探測領域一直保持著工作頻率的世界紀錄;在國際上率先研製出板級集成、單片集成讀出電路的實用化1.25 GHz單光子探測器,並在量子保密通信“京滬幹線”項目中得到規模化部署,為幹線的開通運行提供核心器件支撐;研製了用於量子雷射雷達系統的小型化超低噪聲自由運行單光子探測器;提出並實現基於雷射相位波動的超高速量子隨機數產生方案,美國著名科技評論雜誌MIT Technology Review對此做了專門報導,所研製樣機已套用於多家國防單位,核心技術專利榮獲“中國專利優秀獎”;首次實現了安全通信距離超過百公里的誘騙態光纖量子密鑰分發,為量子通信技術的實用化奠定基礎;受邀為Light: Science & Applications、Physics Reports撰寫綜述論文。共有授權/受理髮明專利14項。
