張興坦，男，博士，副教授。2015年獲得理學博士學位，同年進入福建農林大學海峽聯合研究院基因組與生物技術中心從事科研與教學工作。已在《Plant Mol Biol》、《Mol Genet Genomics》、《Genome Biol 》等期刊發表論文9篇。
研究方向
主要研究方向：
1、利用新技術（如Pacbio、bionano和10X genomics）改善基因組組裝；
2、開發新軟體準確鑑定功能性基因組結構變異。
