1994年7月至2003年8月在山西醫科大學藥學院工作；2003年9月赴德國攻讀博士學位，分別在波恩大學Kekulé研究所和雷根斯堡大學化學系從事金屬催化有機加成反應機理的研究，並於2007年4月獲德國理學博士學位；2007年9月在山西大學套用化學研究所工作。在國內外核心期刊發表多篇論文。
研究興趣
分子及納米自組裝及其套用；金屬有機催化機理；核磁共振研究。
