張發林，南開大學周恩來政府管理學院副教授，國際關係學（international relations）學者，2017年度“南開大學百名青年學科帶頭人培養計畫”入選者，碩士/博士生導師，主要研究方向：國際政治經濟學（International Political Economy, IPE）。

人物經歷

張發林1985年出生於湖北省恩施州土家族苗族自治州，土家族，曾先後獲得英語與工商管理雙學士學位（電子科技大學），經濟學碩士學位（四川大學經濟學院），國際關係學碩士學位（加拿大麥克馬斯特大學政治科學學院），以及國際關係學博士學位（加拿大麥克馬斯特大學）。博士學業在讀和畢業後，曾先後在加拿大麥克馬斯特大學擔任《中國與全球治理》課程（China and Global Governance）兼職講師（2015-2016）， 在清華大學蘇世民書院擔任《國際關係前沿問題》（Leading Issues in International Relations）課程助理（授課教師：倪世雄教授、Amitav Acharya教授等）（2016-2017），在北京大學國際關係學院從事博士後研究（2015-2017），並獲評北京大學優秀博士後。

研究方向及成果

在政治學-國際關係學學科下，主要研究領域是國際政治經濟學（IPE)，具體研究興趣包括：國際政治經濟學理論及學科發展、全球金融治理 、國際貨幣體系、中國政治經濟發展模式及對外經濟關係、國際議程設定與國際權力等。相關研究成果發表於Journal of Contemporary China、Journal of International Relations and Development、《國際安全研究》、《國際政治研究》、《南開學報》等國內外核心期刊，並是Review of International Political Economy, Global Policy,Journal of International Relations and Development, Journal of Contemporary China，Chinese Journal of International Politics，《國際安全研究》等國際和國核心心學術雜誌匿名審稿人。

教學

主要教授課程為《國際政治經濟學》(international political economy）（中文和英文課程）、《中國與全球經濟治理》（China and Global Economic Governance）(中文和英文課程）、《全球治理》、《研究設計與方法》、《國際關係學概論》、《當代中國對外經濟關係》、《國際形勢與中國外交》等， 還曾獲得加拿大麥克馬斯特大學高等教學初級和高級證書（Teaching and Learning Foundation and Scholar Certificate）。
