人物簡介
張田余，西南財經大學，會計學，入選國家2016年度長江學者獎勵計畫講座教授。
張田余教授在香港科技大學取得會計學博士學位，上海財經大學取得會計學碩士學位。他的研究重點是機構、公司治理和公司透明度之間的相互關係。張教授曾在Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Journal of Accounting Research, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Law and Economics and Journal of Law, Economics and Organization等國際頂尖學術期刊發表數篇學術論文。
