人物經歷

2006年於國立成功大學微電子工程研究所獲得博士學位。
在台灣光寶電子股份有限公司-研發工程師(LED晶片外延),聯亞光電-製造部副理(半導體雷射器,光檢測器晶片外延(by MOCVD))。在中國國內外公開發表論文32篇,其中SCI 18篇、EI7篇、中文期刊4篇、專利3項。現為《Sensors and Actuators A: Physical》,《Journal of Electrical Engineering and Electronic Technology》,《Materials Science and Engineering: B》,《Surface and Coatings Technology》,《Materials Letters》,《Metals and Materials International》等期刊審稿人。申請發明專利3件、已授權3件。
