研究方向

(1) 針對感測-腦-機接口套用的晶片設計及系統研發。包含低功耗、低噪聲、雙向閉環腦機接口晶片的設計與實現方法的研究、可植入式腦信號採集/刺激器的系統設計與實現方法的研究、可穿戴/可植入感測器/感測器網路系統的設計與實現方法的研究等;
(2) 超低功耗模數混合信號積體電路設計。包含超低電壓工作條件下的超低功耗、低噪聲模擬積體電路晶片、模數/數模轉換電路晶片、數位訊號處理晶片的設計與實現方法的研究;
(3) 基於偏振獲取的圖像感測器設計與圖像增強技術研發。包含偏振信息獲取方法的研究、全集成CMOS工藝下偏振圖像感測器的設計與研發、基於偏振信息的圖像增強技術研發等。
