個人經歷

2003年畢業於華南師範大學,獲理學博士學位。2009年1月至2010年2月,赴美國美國康奈爾大學訪問學習。

學術成果

先後主持承擔國家重點研發計畫、國家973前期研究專項、國家863計畫、國家自然科學基金-廣東省聯合基金重點項目、國家科技支撐計畫和公益性行業(農業)科研專項等國家和省部級科技項目40餘項。
獲國家和省部級科學技術獎勵12項,其中第1完成人獲國家科技進步二等獎2項和中國專利銀獎1項,獲省部級科學技術一等獎5項(4項為第1完成人),獲授權發明專利71件,主持研製功能食品新產品26個,發表學術論文256篇,其中SCI論文近100篇,出版專著2部。
