張承德，男，山東濟南人。博士畢業於中國西南交通大學，現任中南財經政法大學信息與安全工程學院講師，中國計算機學會會員，中國計算機學會宣傳員，國際學術組織IRSS成員，國際學術組織Multimedia Information Processing and Retrieval 成員，湖北省網路文化協會網路治理研究分會成員。主要從事信息檢索、網路犯罪、數據挖掘、多媒體信息檢索、多媒體大數據處理、圖像/視頻處理、搜尋引擎、社交網路和模式識別等方面的教學與研究。
