張志新，男，1967年10月生於河南省南陽市。成都益安博生物技術有限公司董事長兼首席科學家、美國NIH科研基金、NSF基金會和美國紅斑狼瘡研究所評審委員；中國國家自然科學基金重點項目、中國國家自然科學基金大獎以及長江學者評審委員、四川大學特聘教授，華西第二醫院免疫發育和免疫治療實驗室主任。2015年入選國家“千人計畫”。2016年入選四川省“千人計畫”。
