個人經歷

2002年12月在美國Bowling Green州立大學獲得計算機科學碩士和生物科學/神經生物學博士學位,在美國Emory大學及加州Scripps研究所John Yates實驗室從事博士後研究,後以Staff Scientist任職於Scripps 研究所。2012年5月回國任中科院上海生物化學與細胞生物學研究所/國家蛋白質科學研究中心研究員,獲中科院上海生科院特殊人才計畫支持。2013年8月擔任華東師範大學生命醫學研究所生物醫學教授、博士生導師,建立功能蛋白質組學實驗室。

研究方向

主要研究方向為利用蛋白質組學方法結合分子、細胞、動物等手段研究細胞器質量控制在神經退行性疾病發生中的作用。

學術成果

在確定神經退行性疾病主要病變的蛋白組成和定量蛋白質組學新方法探索做出開拓性的工作,成果發表於JBC,J Proteome Res, PNAS,Nat Methods。在SCI影響因子>5的各類專業期刊上發表第一或共同第一作者研究論文10篇,應邀綜述1篇。利用高精度定量質譜的合作研究發現重要疾病模型的蛋白質差異表達和蛋白修飾,成果發表於Immunity,Cell,PNAS,Science,Nat Immunology,EMBO J,Nat Cell Biol等雜誌。
