廖濤,博士,研究員,主任。目前主要從事水產品加工與營養安全評價研究。2001年畢業於華中農業大學水產學院,獲農學學士學位。2007年畢業於中國科學院水生生物研究所,獲理學博士學位,美國奧本大學、北卡羅來納州立大學訪問學者和中科院水生所高級訪問學者。
