個人經歷
本科畢業於加拿大多倫多喬治布朗學院旅遊與酒店管理運營專業,在國外酒店及人力資源行業工作多年,積累了一定的經驗,回國後在華中科技大學獲得了碩士和工商管理博士學位。

研究人力資源管理和組織行為的相關主題領域
