廖宇龍

廖宇龍,西安交通大學電子與信息工程學院美國萊斯大學工程學院聯合培養博士。2012年畢業。現為電子科技大學微電子與固體電子學院室副教授。研究結果:通過濕化學方法,電化學方法,溶劑熱法等多種手段,製備出各類具有顯微結構的TiO2納微材料,並在光電轉換、分解水制氫等節能環保領域套用進行了深入探索,發現了一批重要的實驗現象和研究結果。相關工作受到國際同行的跟蹤和肯定,迄今在國內外著名SCI學術期刊上發表研究論文19篇,他引130餘次,授權專利3項

工作經歷

研究方向

從事材料科學,電化學,微電子學等交叉學科研究。近年來,在金屬氧化物半導體製備和套用方面進行了許多原創性研究,取得一系列重要的研究結果:通過濕化學方法,電化學方法,溶劑熱法等多種手段,製備出各類具有顯微結構的TiO2納微材料,並在光電轉換、分解水制氫等節能環保領域套用進行了深入探索,發現了一批重要的實驗現象和研究結果。相關工作受到國際同行的跟蹤和肯定,迄今在包括Journal of Materials Chemistry,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells等國內外著名SCI學術期刊上發表研究論文19篇,他引130餘次,授權專利3項。
