研究方向
驗室的研究方向為草莓發育分子生物學。二倍體草莓具有植株矮小、生長周期短、基因組小和易轉化等優點,是栽培草莓和薔薇科果樹的理想模式材料。本實驗室主要通過化學誘變獲得二倍體森林草莓的突變群體,結合生物信息學、分子生物學、發育生物學、生物化學等多種實驗手段挖掘和解析草莓株型、花器官和果實發育的關鍵調控基因,用於草莓遺傳改良和育種。
