席睿德 (Alfred Schipke)，北京大學國家發展研究院的研究教授，同時在哈佛大學甘迺迪學院教授國際貿易與金融。他現任國際貨幣基金組織駐華首席代表，此前曾任基金組織亞太部第三處處長，主要負責協調東南亞高增長的低收入國家（前沿經濟體）的工作並領導越南工作組。
