摘要 | 本文描述了塊菌屬 (Tuber) 的一個新種 , 巨孢塊菌 (Tuner gigamtpsprrum) . 這一新種1989年 采於四川省會東縣. 它的子囊孢子特敖殊大, 一般 105-115 X 75UM,最大可達120 X 80μM. 小者亦可達80× 55μM. 而塊菌屬已知種的子囊孢子的大小一般在21-52 X 15-38μM, 範圍內, 最大也不超過90 X 60μM. 僅此一點 已使明顯區別於該屬任何已知種. 此外, 該種孢子壁異常 厚, 可達14μM, 有三層, 也是別於其它塊菌已知種的重 要特徵. 該塊菌生於地下, 與雲南松有共生關係. 模式 標本保存在中國科學院瀋陽套用生態所植物標本室 (IFS) . |
