崔開宇,女,博士,清華大學副教授。

2022年5月31日,清華大學電子工程系黃翊東教授團隊崔開宇副教授等研製出國際首款實時超光譜成像晶片。

研究方向

博士/博士後期間的研究方向為光子晶體無源、有源器件及其在集成晶片上的套用。實現了尺寸最小的寬頻光開關,同時是InP基有源光子晶體刻蝕深寬比記錄保持者;留校工作後,在國內率先開展光聲晶體前沿研究,在國內首次研製出大於5GHz聲子頻率的納米臂微腔。
