公司現有員工150人，其中50%以上擁有大專以上學歷，公司資產2000餘萬元，擁有國內先朵府擔進的深孔鑽鏜床、熱處理工具機、數控管螺紋車床等迎她估二十餘台（套）專用設備，可加工生產地質及石油鑽探普通鑽鋌、螺旋鑽鋌、四方鑽桿、六方鑽桿、整體加重鑽桿、各種國標系戰嫌列鑽桿、各種鑽承碑盛艱具接頭、提升短節等多種產品。
發展理念
公司聘請中國石油大學、太原理工大學、石油管材研究所等單位的專家教授，指導產品的研製開發。公司設有專門少罪良承的試驗檢測中心，從產品原材料進廠開始，對產品全部流程進行控制，確保每件出廠的產品符合質量標準。公司的主導產品石油鑽鋌各項性能指標均達到國家去乎霸SY/T5144-1997標準及美國石油協會 API標準的要求。

But also has he complete precise testing instruments from purchasing raw materials to produce the finished make sure each products meet the clients requirements our main products for drill collar in accordance with SY/T5144—1997 and API standard.
