屈小波教授,博導,國家優秀青年科學基金獲得者,就職於廈門大學電子科學與技術學院電子科學系,副系主任,福建省電漿與磁共振研究重點實驗室副主任,電子學院-中國移動(廈門)生物醫學智慧型雲研發中心主任,計算感知實驗室負責人。主持國家自然科學基金5項、國家重點研發計畫課題1項、福建省自然科學基金2項等。曾獲國際醫學磁共振協會(ISMRM)的E. K. Zavoisky Stipend Award、瑞典Wener-Gren Foundations Fellowship、廈門大學何宜慈講座教授獎等。指導博士生獲國際華人磁共振協會青年研究員獎,指導碩士生獲福建省優秀碩士學位論文、中國電子學會優秀碩士學位論文、研電賽全國決賽商業計畫書全國一等獎、全國數字中國創新大賽智慧醫療二等獎等。以第一或通信作者發表的期刊包括醫學成像/圖像處理/生物醫學工程/信號處理等領域頂級期刊IEEE Trans. Medical Imaging、IEEE Trans. Signal Processing、IEEE Trans. BioMedical Engineering、Medical Image Analysis、Angewandte Chemie International Edition等,曾擔任IEEE Trans. Computational Imaging副主編(Associate Editor)、BMC Medical Imaging 高級編委(Senior Editor)、Quantitative Imaging in Medicine and Surgery 編委(Editorial Board)、《波譜學雜誌》青年編委等,IEEE EMBC分會“MRI Image Reconstruction”主席等,擔任醫療健康、生物醫學、人工智慧、雲計算、5G通信等領域知名企業顧問和創新創業導師。
