尹國宇,華東師範大學地理科學學院副教授,無黨派人士。長期從事河口海岸污染物研究,特別是氮素及新型有機污染物的循環、轉化、遷移和歸宿的研究。近年來,圍繞河口海岸污染物複合效應這一主題,基於自主研發的氮穩定同位素示蹤技術,揭示了人類活動對河口海岸關鍵帶硝酸鹽異化還原過程的影響;結合宏基因測序和機器學習技術,闡明了河口海岸關鍵帶抗生素抗性基因的分異特徵及機理;結合地球化學和分子生物學方法,研究了新型有機污染物對硝酸鹽異化還原過程及溫室氣體氧化亞氮釋放途徑的影響,從功能及代謝層面上深入探討了河口海岸區域污染物相互作用的機制。上述研究成果為河口海岸區域濕地保護、氮素及新型有機污染物複合環境污染控制提供了重要理論基礎,並具有實踐意義。研究成果以第一或通訊作者發表在Science Advances、Environmental Science & Technology、Water Research等國際頂級學術期刊上。共發表論文80餘篇,獲批發明專利一項。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、中國博士後科學基金項目等,並參與了國家自然科學基金重點項目、科技部重點研發計畫課題等重要科研項目。
