密克羅尼西亞的愛國者（英語：Patriots of Micronesia）又名橫跨密克羅尼西亞，是密克羅尼西亞聯邦的國歌。

密克羅尼西亞的愛國者（英語：Patriots of Micronesia）又名橫跨密克羅尼西亞，是密克羅尼西亞聯邦的國歌。此國歌啟用於1991年，以代替曾於1979年獨立時使用的國歌《前言》。本國歌的旋律來自於德國的學生歌曲《我完全奉獻》（此歌亦為西德在1949到1952年的臨時國歌之一）。歌詞則大致基於《我完全奉獻》的翻譯。
